"I am selling my home in Westchester NY and during the inspection process, it was discovered that there was mold in my attic. Obviously it needed to be removed at my expense. I initially called another company, one of those national franchise type remediation companies and I absolutely flipped out at their estimate and the scope of work they were proposing. A week in my house, we couldn't' sleep in our bedrooms etc. Thankfully my realtor remembered that she had worked with Frank, who is one of the owners of Eco Green Solutions, on another job. WELL the experience was amazing from beginning to end. Frank came the next day to assess the situation and provided a thorough and complete estimate by the next morning. He explained the mold remediation licensing process and all the other factors that are important in choosing a provider of this service. They arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time (which I appreciated) due to a forecasted rain storm. They were quick, cleaned up afterwards and I even got to view the finished project.
