Thankfully it was just the capacitor and nothing worse. They were very quick and efficient. Will definitely use again. It was $240 for service and repair, very reasonable. "Tech was on time, professional, and very informative. Learned a lot from Antonio as he inspected our two units (split and package hvac) and performed the annual maintenance required. One unit was installed in 2006 and other two years ago. Both running well. Suggested repairs on older unit were made....may replace next year. Antonio explained less than favorable condition of old unit capacitor...still working but could go out. We'll wait to replace unit when repair costs outweigh value of old unit. Tech was very helpful in explaining status. CCA has been a very reliable HVAC service...technicians, such as Antonio, have proven to be quite competent and trustworthy."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
