"Innovative Garages did a wonderful job for me. They have a great showroom where you can go pick out the colors as well as the type of floor surface. Lisa was very helpful while I was making my selections. They were very flexible with scheduling, and moved me up in the schedule when there was a vacancy. Fritz and the team did a very nice job. The job was done very efficiently and there was no mess to clean up afterwards. I could not be more pleased with the results - the floor is beautiful. Thank you!"

"This was an excellent experience. Tom did a fantastic job incorporating our desires into a finished product. Coordination was excellent. Quality was outstanding. Pricing was a little higher than other quotes but it was much more detailed which eliminated misunderstandings and change orders plus you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend Frazee Building Company."

"Michael (owner) was awesome to work with! Came by the house three different times, once on a Sunday, to talk through ideas me look at plant options online with my husband and I. Crew showed up exactly when he said they would and finished on time. They cleaned up well and hauled off all debris. Very happy with the final outcome and will be hiring again to complete border around a new privacy fence."

"The team of five workers arrived early and covered shrubbery with plastic sheets. Then the steps were cut out and the base dug out and removed. As broken bricks were being removed from the stoop, the base of the stoop broke and gave way. We all discovered that the underlying gravel and dirt filling under stoop base of the 50 plus year old stoop had deterioriated over the years and would have broken sometime in the furure.  Karl Eisele quickly brought me out to see the extent of the problem and recommended a solution which would involve rebuilding and laying new brick on the stoop along with the original work.  The workers worked late into the evening the first night as the stoop was recreated and forms built and layed to relpace the steps. On the second day, all concrete was poured, bricks layed and by early evening the project completed on time as originally planned.
The problem wirh the stoop braking was actually a blessing as the completed product could not be better. What a pleasure it was to have a group of professionals make the entrance to our home look so beautiful. Everyone was so polite and even put up with our overly friendly dog who likes to be in the way if only you pay attention to her.  My goal has always been to try to give business to a local contractor whenever possible, and Eisele's Masonty and Concrete has reinforced my goal. I like to bake so I will warn you that the crew likes chocolate chip cookies."

"It was amazing!? It was exactly what I wanted.? They did the whole project super fast and it exceeded my expectations.? Everything came together perfectly. Heath started out by listening to what I wanted and then created a design based on my desires and budget.? He nailed it in the design stage and all he had to do was lead his excellent crews to build it.? The numbers didn't change at the end...no surprises.? I can't recommend them enough!"

"Bruce came out and spent a lot of time with us. He created 4 or 5 different sketches of some available ideas. We have a very unique roof line and Bruce was very creative with his ideas that would match the rest of our exsisting home. He spent extra time with us and went outside of the consultation time working with me on our project."

"We had used Legacy previously for windows and we called them about our kitchen project. Mark came back out and we discussed the goals we wanted and what our budget was.I showed Mark online the things we liked and he came back with a proposal that was workable. Legacy is not a huge company and we always spoke with Mark when we had questions. That was nice. The project was involved. In addition to the kitchen needing a new floor, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets, we cut a hole in the side of the house and put a large window there. More light in the kitchen is fantastic! The project took more than 2 months from start to finish. It was a little longer than we anticipated but we understood. Legacy has talented carpenters but not a lot of them. Mark and Robert both told us it would be nice and that can take a little time. They were right. The attention to detail was awesome. And as the project unfolded we did make small changes on the fly. Those were a difference maker. we love our new kitchen and we look forward to getting our master bath done next by Legacy. If you're considering a project, call these guys, nice people, easy to work with and the results have been great."

"Curt's experience and design ideas helped us complete our vision of converting a screened in porch to a 3 season sun room. His knowledge and friendliness was above anything else we had experienced previously. He is a credit to the industry and sustained a high level of quality work through his team of sub-contractors. We highly recommend his services and have received high praise on the work that was carried out. Thanks again Curt."

"Scheduled at 10 am and the handyman was prompt and pleasant. He purchased and picked up the materials for us. He replaced the Lauan cabinet bottom with oak. The Materials were a little more costly and better than what was in there so the job cost more than I expected. The workmanship is good and he cleaned up afterwards. Including two trips for materials he was here about 3 hours.
