"Their technician Jason Lord was a true professional. Not only was he proficient and highly skilled at his craft but was a true professional with his customer service skills. It is very rare to have both qualities of mechanical skills and customer service expertise. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC repair."

"Really fast and professional service when our HVAC broke in the peak of summer. Had it up and running in almost no time. My advice to first time homeowners like me in these cases is to always make sure you know what repairs and actions are being done. It'll help in regards to money."

"Did a good job installing a 1.5 ton heat pump in 2017. Decent price."

"Very professional and great communication! Tito and Peyton were amazing and extremely knowledgeable with the installment of our heat pump. Will hire again for future heat pump needs."

"Great write up for aftercare of system"

"Sunday 6/22 my mom's air conditioner was struggling. We called Aireserv who set up for their tech Bryson Bean to come out to mom's house. From the bright greeting smile as he introduced himself to the going over everything he was very professional and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend Aireserv for any of your heating and air conditioning issues. Thank you Bryson for being so you and personable."

"We've had two HVACs and a water heater installed and I would not use them again. They offer an extended warranty that beats their competitors, but their service plans are misleading and after installing one of our A/C units and supposedly doing "maintenance" on it a year later, we learned when we went to replace a filter ourselves that they couldn't have replaced the filter at the last service because the filter cannot be replaced due to the way they installed the unit. We were told on two separate occasions that we had a service plan with them, but when they were scheduled to do our maintenance, they called to say that we didn't have a service plan, it was canceled due to non-payment (it was never communicated that our plan had lapsed during three subsequent calls). Trust the negative reviews and go with another company"

"I talked to several companies about a heating and air conditioning replacement. Smart Energy was more cost effective and offered the same service of larger name brand companies."

"Forest Hill Heating and & Air has been instrumental fixing/maintaining our 20+ year old heat pump both in the summer and winter months! We have also been fortunate to have them recently replace our water heater with a greatly improved unit - and have had zero issues with it since the day it was installed several years ago. I am looking forward to having another 20 year old water heater replaced in the near future by this excellent and professional business."
