"Technician Mike arrived on time (1:00pm), diagnosed the problem and gave several options to remedy. Given the age of the my system (13 yrs) I opted to replace the entire unit. Mike coordinated with his installation team (Matt and Billy) who arrived by 3:00pm and had the new system installed before 6:00pm the same day. All members of the Service Star team were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional."

Felt great about commitment to warranty for goth parts and labor and appreciated the confidence of a no change order guaranty. "The filter was replace and reinstalled on the interior of the apartment so it would not be exposed to the elements. The insulation on the coolant exhaust line located on the roof was replaced. All the work was expertly performed and the technician cleaned up the work site after he had completed his work. The technician was very professional and efficient throughout his work onsite."
