"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. David worked me into his schedule and came to my home the day I called. He was delightful, did a thorough inspection, and gave me an estimate. Not only that, but David had figured out a way to perform the remediation without installing unsightly pipes either on the inside or outside of the house. This involved him working in a very shallow attic space to run the pipes up through the heating ducts, but he was happy to go the extra mile.
