We found Zen Windows after getting a quote from another company who gave us a 2-hour sales pitch. We were almost sold but wanted to be sure it was a good deal. All of my research kept pointing to great reviews about the quality of Zen Windows. Their [*** Link removed ***] site caught me off guard. No sales people…5-minute quote…No deposit… What?! Yep. All true. I already had the window counts and measurements, so sure, I requested a free quote to make sure that we were getting a good deal from the other place that was giving us "free" installation. Imagine my surprise when Zen’s price including installation was lower. No pressure. No add-ons. Bill came out to do the real measurements (so glad he didn’t trust mine!) and then Dan ordered our windows. The crew arrived on time and were able to replace every window in our house and the sliding glass door in less than 2 days. They even washed every window and cleaned up and hauled away the debris from removing the old windows. The house is so much cooler this summer, so we’re looking forward to reduced energy costs this winter, too. Our new windows look great and are easy to clean from the inside. The new sliding door has a security latch and a key. Dan made the process so easy. We are very pleased with the Zen Window experience, quality, and price. Highly recommend."

"I have an old garage with 8x8 bifold doors. While in the midst of selling my house, wind ripped one of the doors off and smashed it. I was left with a mangled door frame with no header. In order to hang a modern garage door, I needed a new header and frame. I called Premier and they got me taken care of. The garage looks great and they were kind enough to coordinate with another contractor that I was working with as well. I will absolutely use them again once I move to my new property."

"Over the years, Empire has replaced almost every window in our house. They sell top quality products - lifetime warranty and transferable - and their installers do great work. My recent job was for three vinyl window replacements. I believe Empire has changed its phone system over the years and your first call now goes to an answering service and they pass along your call to a salesperson. The salesperson was prompt in getting back to me and scheduling a visit. They had to order the windows so there was that wait, and then the installation had to be scheduled. It would have been helpful through this process for their sales guy to give me an update and status without me asking, but all in all the product and installation are top notch and I would use Empire again without hesitation."

"Bill Rogers came out to give me an estimate for replacing the tile on our kitchen backsplash after we replaced our countertops. He gave us the option of removing the existing tile ourselves or having them do it. We chose to remove it ourselves and had some wall damage, so the first day he had replace sections of the drywall. The next day he installed all of the tile, and the third day he grouted and caulked. He was prompt on every occasion, professional, and did a decent job of cleaning up each day after he worked. He was careful to protect our floors and countertops at all times. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and the value for our dollar. We have already given his name to a friend and would call him again without hesitation.

"The entire process went incredibly well. I reached out to 5 of the highest-rated (per Angie's List) Owens Corning's Preferred Platinum Contractors. Jason (Bradford Xteriors' Owner) was the first to call me back and arrange a visit for a quote. (There were several I didn't hear back from at all.) Bradford Xteriors Inc. installed a new Owens Corning Flex shingles (hail-proof). The crew was already trained on the new product. The crew showed up on time, answered any questions I had and did a great job minimizing any mess during the project and cleaning the yard afterwards. During installation, Jason stopped in to make sure everything was progressing well. Afterwards, a quality assurance member came to survey the work done. Additionally, they replaced my gutters as well. Jason took care of working things out with my insurance company, as well. Overall, I was extremely pleased with their quality, care and the results!"

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"It went extremely well. I called them about the week before and gave the approximate measurements over the phone. He gave me an estimate via phone and told me how much extra things like air vents would cost. He came to the house to do the measurements himself, just to make sure. Exactly one week after he measured, the old windows were removed and the new ones were installed. It took about 3 hours, 1 hour per window. They look great, and there is now a ton more light coming into the basement, and these windows are MUCH more secure than the old ones.
