"Finding Wayne during a bad snowstorm was like finding gold. Temps outside were single digits. My heat was nonexistent and I thought no one would come out to help me. Wayne not only came out but he quickly fixed the problem. I had no other source of heat and could not get out to pick up the heaters I ordered from Walmart plus I was very sick that day. Wayne actually went to Walmart for me (his idea) and got me the heaters I needed. That was above and beyond! I cannot say enough good things about this man. He removed my old hot water heater and placed the new one in its new location and adapted the Plumbing. He was very clean and wore protective covers on his shoes. He was very courteous and informed.
