"The installers Dan G and Ashton did a great job. Shower was installed in half the time I expected. The installers came in(very polite)covered up stairs and all areas in the bathroom while working. Upon completion of the project they cleaned everything. I had a little trouble with my tension rod for the shower curtain but Michael came the next day and replaced it without any problems. I LOVE my new shower. I will be calling WEST SHORE Homes again!! NO COMPLAINS!!"

"I had an old tub with ceramic tile. They removed that and the flooring and existing vanity and toilet. I had a new wall shower system installed with sliding glass doors and shelving. It is absolutely beautiful and so functional. They were very professional efficient and cleaned up everything. They also installed new ceramic tile and a new vanity. I would highly recommend them."

"We had originally thought a new tub/shower combo would be fine, but the longer I thought about it I realized I needed a walk in shower I called customer service to change the order. Even though it was past the time for changes the agent, Dylan was able to make it happen for us. I was elated! the service from sales, Mort, to customer service, to the insaller David M and his team mate was great. The job was completed in 1 day and the clean up was really good too. David communicated very well on the day of install. Very impressed and will recommend this company if asked who did our work."

"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"Everything was done in a timely manner, areas were left clean everyday and Miguel Martinez always communicated with us every step of the way. We love our new bathrooms. They took both bathrooms down to the studs, replaced the bathtub and fully tiled the tub area and the wall behind the vanity and installed vanities, mirrors, lighting and exhaust fans. In our bathroom, they removed a fiberglass insert shower and rebuilt a fully tiled shower with a bench and two niches. P.S. - During our remodeling we found some water damage to our outside wall, Miguel was able to connect us with a crew that could make the repairs we needed. "There are a couple of ways to get this faucet that we needed to remove. This man did things right, all five pieces of tile removed stayed intact, he was very astute about getting the old minerals off, was very through with the assembly of the faucet (trying to keep it low) and finally he assembled the rest of it so it could be done all at once. I would highly recommend Steve. He’s a keeper."
