"I call in the morning to get an estimate for a condenser replacement, and after reviewing the options with Ronald Amaya I made a decision for a trane 16 seer condenser. They brought it to my home that same morning and then came back in the afternoon to install it before the end of the day. After seeing their job I realized how flawed was the previous installation, they corrected a lot of the issues the previous installer had not paid attention to. The fact that two mechanical engineers were in charge of installing the unit gave me reassurance that the job was done up to very high professional standards. The gave me a lot of general advice on how to maintain and use the equipment and when they left everything was in good condition. They took care of registering the unit and send me the certificate of extended warranty. Will definitely use again for future needs and I highly recommend them."

"Todd is the best contractor I have ever worked with on a project. He was professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home. He did all of the work himself and did an outstanding job. He first cleaned the dryer vent and took the time to show me the vent and even vacuumed underneath the dryer for me. The dryer performed so much better after he cleaned the vent. Next, he replaced the entire ductwork in the home and cleaned and reinstalled the vents. He was so professional I barely even knew he was in the home. He took the time to cover the furniture to lessen the dust. He vacuumed up debris or dust in the house. I have small dogs in the home and he was very careful of them when coming in and out of the home. I had a minor question about a vent and Tod came back out to my home to inspect the vent. There was not an issue, just a difference and he was not impatient with me. He is a 5-star recommendation from me!"

"We were in the unfortunate position of needing to replace two HVAC units in our home at the same time. We learned that our son is sensitive to mold and found that our existing units, which were 15 years old, had mold in the plenum. We reached out to five local A/C businesses in efforts to find a person or company we felt comfortable with who would install two new, trustworthy HVACs with a filtration system to combat mold. Adam at Cool Tech was the last person we met with of the five businesses, and ultimately the one who earned our trust. Where some of the companies saw an opportunity to add lots of extra bells and whistles (because of our son's sensitivity), Adam was honest and straightforward about what was necessary and what was not. He offered a competitive price on a time-tested brand (Trane) along with a unique filtration system called the iWave Air. But most importantly, he was generous with his time, knowledge, and experience. In the end, we decided to work with Adam, because he himself would be the person in our home putting the unit together, rather than sending a crew we had never met. Adam guided us through the decision-making process to determine what was best for our home and situation, and he followed the plan through to a T.
