"Aggie Inspector Group was able to come out and perform the service that they were paid to do. My only complaint was that I never received a call back from the inspector. He did however email me the results. I had also originally asked for 3 mold tests, however, 4 tests were performed. I should have put this in writing as I was unable to be on site during the inspection. Overall though, the results were very informative and helped me make an educated decision."

She walked me through the processes of mold assessment and testing with the utmost level of assurance and clarity. The employee whom came out to walk the property and take the test was incredibly cordial as well as devoted to making sure that the property was thoroughly investigated. In regards to the tests, they were more than accommodating due to my time commitment and share a strong relationship with the labs who will analyze the samples which is good for the customer.
