"Because we had to coordinate the service call with a temporary shut-off, of the water, by the city timing was important. Mr. Hairston and his apprentice Gary arrived within approximately 15 minutes of our calling them, once the shut-off had occurred. They explained to us what work would be done and took approximately 35 minutes to complete the job. Before completing the work we were told that it was 'ok' to call to have the water restored. That meant that we were able to spend less time waiting for the city to come back out. As we had read in other reviews before, the area worked in was cleaned at the completion of the job.
