"The sump pump in my house started to make buzzing sound. I call the company on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to get a call back. A technician came on Sunday. He confirmed the pump has died. He gave me two options: he can install a new one right away or I can buy a new one and he can come back to install. Since the one he has isn't what I like, I decided to go with second option. I really like the honesty and being given the options. The new pump was installed the next day by the same technician, who looks like having done it many times. Everything works perfectly afterward. I would recommend them to anyone."

"My experience with Jose L who did the work was great. He was prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. He was patient with my questions and showed clear dedication to delivering a quality experience. I would rate him straight As across the different categories. Scheduling the service was a different story. I'd grade that a C at best, maybe D. After multiple emails and phone calls that were not returned we finally got someone on the phone and scheduled the service, but they still couldn't provide us full information on the estimated cost of a simple repair. On top of that, it was a 6 week wait for someone to come out. We've been happy with Shavitz in the past but this was a bad experience. We're on their maintenance plan so we hope that will mean better service in the future."

"My technician GelAsio was prompt and very professional. The home had the heat turned off by the gas company because a plumbing part needed to be replaced by a plumber. Once that was done I needed a hvac professional turn the heat on. The technician was really good and answered all my questions about the system. It’s my elderly mom’s home and she was out of town. I will definitely use their services again in the future. I had called Sears repair twice and when I was caught in traffic they cancelled my appointment. Sears is a bankrupt company so stay away from them. Use a professional company like All Temp that does a great job for a fair price."

"Willy was extremely thorough in troubleshooting potential causes for the lack of heat coming from my heater. He progressively eliminated the thermostat and multiple other components before concluding the heater was having air flow issues and had been repeatedly overheating. He educated me along the way about how to decipher heater status codes, what the heater behavior told him as he was trying different things, what he believed the problem was, and what options I had. He also educated me about filters and suggested I use a more porous filter, despite my allergies. Ultimately, my best option was to replace the heater and air conditioner, given the repeated stress the heater had been under for multiple years, its current performance, the interconnectedness of the heater and air conditioner, and the fact I planned to stay in the condo for years more. Because Willy did such a nice job educating me and helping me understand the implications of each option, I feel good about the decision to replace the units."
