The project was completed in quoted time. No hidden or surprise costs. Brent will not steer you wrong in creating/fixing a project. He is honest and pays close attention to detail. Its as if he was fixing his own porch. I cant wait to work with him again! So very very pleased!"

"I called Jeff to estimate removing 30-year old wallpaper in two rooms. He dropped by the following day and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I hired him and he started the following week. Would have started earlier but had a holiday in between. He and an assistant had to work hard to remove all the vinyl wallpaper, but were successful. After, scraping mudding, sanding and priming over the following 2 days they taped what was necessary and painted both rooms. They did an excellent job; no drips or smears on the floor or wood trim. The cleaned up each evening before leaving. I was very pleased with the final results."

"So the guys came and put in the door. No wood left for me to try to match stain to and none provided by Matt as promised, and as mentioned in earlier review. Now found out when we went to stain doors that there was a pretty big gap left at the top between the new door frame and the wall, thus anything such as cold air, etc. could get in. Not only that but on the side, the shims that they put in were there and never caulked. Also, the top piece of trim around the new door was loose already and we have hardly used the door. Not very pleased with this and feel that Matt thought I was a dumb because I am a woman and treated me as if I knew nothing. I needed the wood that they had as not all wood takes stain the same way, as I tried to tell Matt, but he would not get the wood to me as promised. Feel that he promised great service and did not deliver. Would not use again."

"Elegance Outdoor finished our entire project in just over one week. I am extremely hard to please, as my wife says,  but on this particular project Brandon with Elegance Outdoor met our expectation beyond our imagination. I can not explain the craftsmanship in his work. Every saw cut he made was precise. Brandon was very professional when speaking with us and when he got to an area that could have possibly been built two different ways he would build it both ways and then have us make our decision on which way we would like it. Would we hire Elegance Outdoor for another project? We absolutely would. Without hesitation. Brandon took the time he needed to make sure it was correct the first time. We love the seat wall Brandon built for us. Aspen and Makiah both, told us to tell you they were sorry for stealing your coffee cup and shredding it around the back yard. I have recommended this business  to numerous people who have continued to use it for their landscape installations and maintenance His quote may not be the least expensive but he stands by his work and his word  After 50 years of loving gardening

"Our new porch is gorgeous and super high quality! Seriously, compared to most screen porches I've seen around here, ours looks like an addition or really that it was built with the house instead of pasted on later. This is especially impressive considering our house siding was discontinued, and he was able to find a nearly identical match, which if he hadn't pointed out wasn't exact I couldn't have told you. We started getting estimates last fall in hopes of finishing by this spring and ended up a little delayed to start, but they finished in April after a little over 3 weeks work. Lumber prices had already climbed a ton when we got the estimate, but the owner, Austin, was able to give us ideas and suggestions we hadn't even considered on how we could maximize our space, make it work for our family and get close to our original $30K budget. We ended up finishing it to a level we could come back and add windows to make it a 3-season-room later on, so we already have things wired and insulation etc. in place. And with screen panels that are easy to replace if our kids or dogs poke a hole in them, a knee wall with beadboard, and a dog door to keep them from running into the porch edges, it's going to hold up much better to our family than the basic screen porch at our previous house. All in all, it's beautiful and we can't wait to enjoy it this spring, summer and fall!"
