I had found the mechanism online priced at $108 (with $13 shipping). It would have arrived after my desired time frame, so I expected the locksmith would have a local resource from which to purchase at a wholesale price in a more timely manner. I expected that price to be about $60; certainly less than $100. However, I was told the locksmith paid $179! This didn't seem reasonable. Also, I did not receive an itemized receipt, only a total. After expecting to pay perhaps $150, I was actually charged almost TWICE that. So although I was happy with the work, I was certainly not happy with the price."

"Affordable Siding and Windows completed a project on my home in April, 2018, Since that time, I have had one or two issues to come up on different occasions regarding my home and the possible concerns I had with the installation of the siding. Jesse, at my request, came to my home each time to check out those concerns. As it turned out, NONE of those issues had anything to do with the way the vinyl siding was installed. He immediately took care of each problem, whether it was a leak coming from my roof or a door jammed that needed to be repaired. Jesse did the necessary repairs efficiently even though those repairs, again, had nothing to do with the installation of the siding. This man is "God Sent"! He not only did a "PERFECT" job on the installation of the siding, he was willing to come to my home, at my request and check out the problems. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed everything perfectly!! "The project was started on the 5th of March and completed on the 16th. J.C. , Wayne and Austin were great and attentive to the project, being here on time and notified me when they were running late.  They were professional, work was done efficiently and they cleaned up after each day they were here.  I had some concerns over some areas but Wayne was quick to assure me that they would be addressed and finished to my satisfaction. The bathroom now has more storage space than before and I will be able to place a nice cabinet in there of my choosing.  The laundry area was enlarged just enough that when I have to replace my washing machine I can place a standard one there.  I have a small one that came with the condo and it was a tight fit in the beginning but now I have ample space for the newer styles. Installation of my water heater was done by Kurt and he was great, he even took care of a leak under my kitchen sink, forever grateful-THANKS!  The last day the team was here to finish up the small details and complete the remodel the final phase was the clean up of my concrete floors.  I was truly amazed that these guys were able to completely return the flooring back to a clean floor.,  You would never had known they had been here or that there had been a project done. I definitely would recommend this company and I have already discussed more remodeling with J.C. sometime this fall.
