"Mr. Ferrell worked with my husband over the phone to fix the problem. It was surprisingly fast and stress-free. To have the work done remotely in less than an hour was wonderful."

"The BEST company that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My central a/c unit was not working and I decided to install a split unit in place of the central unit. Dustin came to my residence to do a survey. While there, he completed the estimate for installation of the split unit. He also did a thorough check of my inoperable central unit and determined the problem. He gave me a repair estimate that was 50% lower than two other estimates from other a/c companies. In addition, Dustin coordinated with a provider to ship the needed part (coil unit) the next day!! We had been without a/c for almost two weeks in the sweltering FL heat! What two other companies failed to repair/resolve, Dustin did! My family and I are greatly indebted to Dustin and his company for a superb job and customer service relationship. I strongly recommend Dustin and his company for any a/c problem! Again, excellent customer service, technical knowledge and superb people skills."

"We've had two visits by Core Mechanical.
One for diagnosis and customer approved temporary repair to allow time to acquire a replacement unit.
Second for replacement of faulty a/c unit.
Both occasions the service tech telephoned with expected arrival, and an updated weather delay.
Services performed quickly and with no difficulties.
Costs were as quoted.
We were happy to provide a gratuity beyond the quoted price.
We would not hesitate to recommend Core Mechanical to anyone needing their services.

"Y and D Handyman Services is one of the best companies in Miami Dade County. I had a small project in the bathroom which evolved into a major issue with leaking pipes et cetera. They came in assessed the problem assuring me along the way that they are committed to resolving the problem. The results far exceeded anything that I had envisioned. Great Work!"

"I had debated installing a new system for months. I shopped around; looked at reviews; and decided to go with Major League Contracting Services! The owner, Laz, came from Miami to my home in West Delray to give me an estimate. He said my current unit was too small, and that after 12 years it was time to replace it. We agreed on a price, and set an installation day. They came up on a Saturday and installed my new "York 3.5 ton unit." The air handler is in my attic so it was a tad tricky. After a couple of hours the unit was installed! The installers were very quick, informative, knowledgeable, and polite. Laz even came up and explained the work and even offered to file my registration with York. If you want to work with a local company that goes above and beyond to provide excellent service as well as a competitive then Major League Contracting is the company to use. Call Laz today at 786-344-1846."

"Had my AC serviced twice. The level of service is outstanding, and the prices are reasonable. I would strongly recommend this company."

"Installed a 'ULTRA VIOLET LIGHT' above my A/C Filter to kill germs, was done Very Professionally with out creating a mess. Arrived on time and ready to do the work needed to get the job done.Cost was Very Reasonable, cleaned and put all things back where they belonged. when asked questions answered in a way that anyone could understand. Will use him always for any Electrical Work at home or Business."

"Mark was very knowledgeable and respectful and was able to diagnose and repair our AC Issues. His services were also very reasonably priced."

"I was not sure what was wrong so I called these guys, described what I knew, and they said they would come look at it. They said there was an $85 minimum charge for an assessment but that it would be credited toward any kind of services and equipment that I needed. They showed up within 2 hours and even called me ahead of time to double check that I would be there. Once they arrived they checked several things before opening up the unit and then showed me where the electrical part of the system had melted, likely due to a power surge. So it had to be replaced, but they said they could replace the whole system (inside, outside and thermostat) that day. They even got a crane because the outdoor unit is on the roof of my condo unit. The techs were all quick, polite and respectful. They also helped provide photos and documentation should we need to submit a claim to the homeowners insurance company. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Big thanks to Alex Rodriguez and his team."

"Excellent service and very professional."
