"The project went great; I'm very happy with the final product. It lines up exactly with what I was looking for at the start of the project and looks better than I could have planned because of some great design suggestions from Wagner Home Renovation along the way. We ended up creating two separate closets from the previous closet incorporating some previously unused space in the condo as well. Both closets are accessed through very nice double doors. The laundry closet and general/clothes closet both look great. Wagner Home Renovation used high quality repurposed wood from a previous project and black iron rods to give the general/clothes closet great character. All of the work was very well done, and blends into the existing paint and trim-work so well, you can't even tell any work has been done. As an example, they added a wooden keystone at the enlarged entranceway near the new closets that was a very nice touch and feels like it was always there. They were able to save me money throughout the project by offering to use repurposed wood from previous projects that was often better quality than what would normally be used. Wagner Home Renovation does high-quality work and has a genuine interest in how well the end result turns out. They have a great attention for detail, offer great design ideas and options, and are responsive, honest, budget-conscious, flexible, reliable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them."

From sales to installation, the process was exceptionally smoothly and everything happened as was originally scheduled and promised. Communication was excellent, advice from the estimator was spot-on, the quality of the doors even better than what we expected and the installation was EXPERT. "We were so happy with the kitchen and master bathroom remodel that Todd did for us that we hired him again to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Todd gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the floor in order to remove water damaged boards from a prior leak as well as accommodate the new curb less shower pan. Todd was very thoughtful and had some good design & layout suggestions and helped us work thru other challenges like how to route/hide things we didn’t think of such as vent pipes. Todd found and installed new window trim and doors that also closely matched the rest of the house to help maintain consistency throughout. He installed new tile on the floor, shower walls, and subway tile halfway up all the remaining walls. All of the lines were perfect again and he did a fantastic job. We have received many compliments on the bathroom and are thrilled with how it turned out. Todd is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and his work."

"My Wife & I hired HS Glass LLC to put on a door for our inlaw apartment and they did an outstanding job! Ryan the owner custom fit the door in our 1700's home perfectly! It was really tough to find the right door to fit our antique home right and HS Glass LLC found us the perfect door to fit the style of our home. "They came as a three worker unit which for a single job or a simple repair would be too many people costing more than it should. I had a 24'x6' old porch ceiling with soffit vinyl needing replacement and a crawl area beneath the house with perhaps 3 feet of clearance. The utilities and sewer drain came up from the ground and were protected by a 6'x6' heated enclosure that needed insulation. During the winter the animals would dig into this and pull down the existing fiberglass batting and make their nest beneath the house. Neither job was by itself terribly hard but for one person which is what one expects when looking for a handyman they were pains (especially the crawl space box which required hours kneeling.) "Locke it In" completed both jobs well and met their cost estimate. The ceiling vinyl looks great. The crawl space box is covered in silvered R-13 Sheathing that I hope the wild life cannot use for bedding come the winter."

"Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"We used Axis previously for a kitchen and bath remodel, so we knew what to expect.  We were not disappointed.
The building of the house was complicated as it had to remain in the same footprint as a previous summer camp, is on a lake thus requiring special permitting, with other homes very close.

Adam and his crew were wonderful. Any delays were caused by permitting and inspections, weather seldom led to delays. During the initial building phase ,they were very respectful of the neighbor's property.  (This was not easy)

They installed the kitchen. The cabinets are of great quality and have many useful features. I have the cabinets from the same company  in a previous remodel that Axis did.  They are as good as new after 7 years.

Adam has a eye for design and found solutions from any problems that arose. They designed and built a beautiful staircase. I felt that it was a very collaborative relationship.  This relationship continues as I already have some improvements that I want to do in the spring.

Competent, reliable, reasonable, honest, respectful .
