"These guys were awesome! They clearly explained why i didn't want the generic big-box store brands and made a solid recommendation. Price was comparable to Home Depot and Lowes but quality and warranty were better. They arranged the purchase by calling the vendor and giving me the phone to make purchase and payment arrangements directly with the vendor. Matts then went to the vendor on the other side of town and picked up the new water heater. They brought it back and installed it. Here's a great point: They came out within 2 hours of my first call for service and did the entire job on the same day! The installation was under the house (off-grade construction with the water heater in the crawl space). They were punctual, professional and reasonably priced. New water heater (50 gallon electric to replace our failed 40 gal) was about $300, installation was about same. They even hauled the old one away! No muss, no fuss, great guys to work with. Kept me informed the entire time. Now we NEVER run out of hot water! They were clean, quick and very professional. I will DEFINITELY be calling them for future plumbing needs!
