"The arrival time agreed on meant very little, and communication about arrival time changes was none.  The tech arrived at her house 30 min-an hour earlier than agreed on for a morning job.  She wasn't going to work anyway, so it turned out OK.  She was happy with the work they did for her.  I think they might have replaced some wheels on her door, but maybe just adjusted and oiled things.

"We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. They were also really considerate about small details like making sure the gate was closed when they left each day so that our dog couldn't get out and cleaning up debris and dirt as the job progressed. Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. It's pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as we're ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call."

Travis showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and was friendly and professional. I outlined the list of work items, which included everything listed above as well as running speaker cables in the walls for 4 surround sound speakers and fixing a leaky sliding door. Travis had me explain all of the jobs, as well as telling him what the priority was in which I'd like them done.
The speaker wire job was going to be a tricky one, I suspected, since it involved running cables from the first floor up to the attic, across the attic, and then back down to the first floor. Travis stated that it may not be possible for him to do, but that he would take a look and see, since this was one of the higher priority items on the list. Unfortunately, he discovered that drilling would be required between the attic and the second floor in order to drop the cables back down through the wall. He was up front and honest that he didn't have experience doing that kind of work, and after calling his boss and explaining the job to him, they recommended that I get an electrician or a home theater expert to do that job.
Even with that off the list, Travis wasn't sure if he'd be able to do all of the items on the list. In particular, the leaky sliding door could be time consuming, since to do it properly would require him to do a "water test" of the few different trouble spots that he found during his examination of the door. Ideally he would want to test them each to determine where the actual problem was, and then do the repairs.
Ultimately, after 8 hours, he was able to do all of the jobs except for the leaky door and the surround cables. For the jobs that were performed, I am extremely satisfied with his work. He was friendly and professional for the entire day, and he did a good job communicating with me as needed about the requirements of each job. He cleaned up after himself in his work areas.
I shopped around before deciding on TD Services for this work. There were other places which offered cheaper rates, but the consistently high reviews are what made me go with TD Services. I figure it's senseless paying less for a job if that means you won't get the same guarantee of quality. Because of this, I've already scheduled for Travis to come back next week and take a few hours to work on the leaky door.

"When it rained hard, water would come in through the top of one of my windows under a roof over my side porch. I suspected it was a problem with the sealant on the flashing or something like that. Steve was very responsive and helpful. He came the same day I called and inspected the problem. He recommended the repair needed (replace cracked sealant on the windows above and below the roof over the porch) which I approved. He returned the next day and fixed the problem. The price was very reasoanble and the work was guaranteed. Later that very same day it rained and I had no water coming in.

"I'm not real pleased with them. I kind of given up on them. It has been an ongoing problem for a long time and it's been difficult aligning a time for them to come and visit. The last time I finally got something lined up I had to cancel. I gave up them. I am just going to have to live with the doors that they gave me.
I know that the new doors are more secure than the ones I had before and security was an issue for me. The doors don't really work right. You have to pull pretty hard to get it to open. You should just turn the knob and have it swing open but you don't, you have to give it a jerk to get it off of that sweep, or at least where the sweep is contacting the threshold of the door.
I was trying to buy really good door. I bought a storm door for the front and these French doors for the back. The storm door for the front didn't really sit right. It had a 4 inch gap between it and the threshold and he had to go and find something to fill it but it doesn't seal in anyway at the bottom so it isn't much of a storm door. It has a special glass in it that is very hard to break and it has keys to it but I don't have the keys to it and I don't know how to go about getting keys for it. I have been able to use it for security. Right now it is more of a nusence because when you go in and out, it springs closed faster than you want it to and it ends up hitting your ankles. They either installed a poor process for a lot of money or charged me too much to install.
The owner is a really nice guy. He comes across town and through traffic. He tried to be very helpful. The guy that works for him installing which seemed to be a really thorough type. I got to the point that they had come out so many times for so many different things. I would call and leave messages and they wouldn't get back to me promptly. I really complained to me and told them that I was tired of waiting on them and they started paying more attention to me like they were really going to make things right. It has just been complicated and I don't want to take time off of work to do something like that.

Ray, the owner, came out and made everything right. The product he sells does not have very good service, but Ray stayed on yhem and finally got the replacement parts that made everything work."
