He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. Alan was available to fix my interior door lock, offered a reasonable and lower rate than other locksmith quotes to show up to do the job (even though it was a small job, most had higher flat rates for service calls,) showed up 10 minutes early, and fixed the lock in 10 minutes. Wonderful.

"Chris did a fantastic job. His work is first class, a real craftsman with attention to detail. His price if fair and he honored the agreement. Installing replacement windows in an 80 year old house is not an easy job. Chris provided a suggestion for a manufacturer which proved great. "Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

"Great crew, very polite and extremely professional. They arrived on time and replaced the rollers on five sliding doors in just under an hour. The two sliding screen doors came the next day and the crew arrived on time and installed the sliding screen doors in less than 20 minutes. All-in-all, this was a great experience and the price was right. We had another company give us a bid for the same work and they wanted $2,000.00. I think Acme Sliding Door Repair is, by far, the best sliding door repair company in the Palm Springs and surrounding desert area."

Jeff at GDS did a great job in quickly replacing my garage door motor, belt and spring.  He was very thorough in explaining to me what happened and what needed to be done.  He even tried to minimize the cost by trying to fix the existing motor.  In the end, he provided great service at a reasonable cost.  I would recommend GDS to anyone who needs garage door repairs.

"After interviewing 5 general contractors on Angie's List, I chose In-Line because the owner, Steve Pope, impressed me the most with his description of how he would do the work, as well as suggestions about other items to consider.  He was very helpful in choosing the tile for the bathrooms, as well as the granite counter tops. We were in touch almost daily during the course of the work, and he resolved any questions or issues that I had.
Steve has assembled a great team of highly talented workers and subcontractors. Modesto and his crew were meticulous in preparing the house for painting. The master bathroom shower is a masterpiece, thanks to Moises. Nico and his crew did
a great job of replacing all the electrical switches and outlets, installing several lighting fixtures and putting an electrical outlet in the floor. They were able to repair a chandelier in the stairwell that I had almost given up on ever working properly. Emilio did a great job of making a modification (conceived by Steve) to a panel on the side of a bathtub, that had not been done properly by a previous contractor. Jesus and Roberto worked tirelessly to install everything in the bathrooms, as well as fix or modify many other things in the house. I had purchased vanities that didn't fit properly in the bathrooms and they were able to modify, as necessary, in a very short time. Over the course of the work I requested some additional items. Steve was happy to do several of
them at no charge.
Just looking at my renovated house makes me happy, thanks to the excellent quality of the work.

"John Vadurro did a beautiful job re-tiling my bathroom. The work included demolition of the old bathroom and installation of a new shower, shower door, toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, light, and floor. The cost does not include materials. The tile work was really nicely done.  The part I liked best is that John listens to his customers, when I had some concerns about one of his workers - he heard my concerns and sent another contractor.  This is the mark of a true professional. I would recommend John Vadurro to others in the Whittier and La Mirada area. One really nice part about John is that he will provide contractors for plumbing, electrical, painting, and tiling. He is a one stop shop - which is difficult to find these days. I also had John replace a door jamb and install a new door, fix the plumbing in my kitchen, and install a water heater so that it was in compliance. John does high quality work at a reasonable price."

"They did not show for our first scheduled appointment but, they made up for it by replacing a second sliding glass door screen even though I scheduled for the replacement and repair of one screen door. I thought that was a professional move on their part. The tech showed up on time for our second scheduled appt and did the repairs professionally. I would use them again in the future.
