When they came back to check the problem, the tech who replaced the bad part forgot to remove the device that prevents the furnace from talking to the thermostat. "Cameron who came out to give me the bid was very personable and easy to work with. I had to change the AC unit to qualify for my HOA requirement, and then I decided I wanted the upgraded heater. Once all the changes had been made I set up an installation date with the office. The morning of the installation I received an email with the names (Kyle, Brock, and Colton) of the 3 technicians that would be coming, which I really appreciated. They were here on time and even though we had scheduled 2 days they were able to complete everything in 1 day by staying a little later. The technicians were great! Knowledgeable, friendly, and took care when they had to come inside the house. Pricing was competitive. I would recommend this company."

"There were problems with the installation of the heating system. We requested that either the owner or manager come out to inspect and resolve the issues. We were told the owner would be out at 3 pm. When he did not show up, we called and were then told the appointment had been rescheduled for 7:30. When someone did show up, it was out the installer who had done the initial work. Although he did fix some of the minor issues, he was dismissive of the others and did not address them. We again requested that either the boss or manager come out. We were repeatedly told we would be contacted, but have not heard back yet.***UPDATE 12/23/2020: After HomeAdvisors assistance, we were able to get them out here and all the problems were resolved."
