"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"They did an okay job. They spent more time looking for the right tools and stuff than they did actually doing the job. They got the faucet installed properly. They have to make sure everything is working before they leave. They turned the water of and never turned it back on. I had to kind of trouble shoot that myself."

"We are on a service agreement with them. We are not the original owners of our home. We purchased the home in October of 2013. In March of that year, the previous owner installed an entirely new HVAC system, about $20,000 worth. There are 2 heat pumps and 2 furnaces. It's a hybrid system, so it will either run on electric or gas, depending on exterior temperatures. RT Moore was the installer. While we were not required to go with them on servicing, they are familiar with the system. They are the installers and it's a Carrier brand. So we are inclined to go forward with them and we are on a service agreement. We've had them since we moved here almost 3 years to the day. 



Our agreement is they do a twice a year inspection and cleaning and everything. In the fall it focuses on the heating. Then we'll have them in May. I haven't scheduled the service yet but usually within a week or so of the call, they'll be here. That one will focus on the cooling.

"We met Chris and Caleb with an inch of water on the floor and a lot of frustration. They first got the 1yr old sump running again to drain the water down. Then the diagnosed the issue with the failed pump and replaced it quickly for approx $500. We discussed the backup system at the time but I honestly couldn't impulse that much and I wanted to review options. Waited 5 weeks and reviewed other options only to came back to the professional solution offered. Also realized the quote (under $2K) was actually very reasonable for the dual battery complete backup we had installed .. more of an investment than a bandage."

"John and his assistant repair water damage from an ice dam in my daughter's bedroom. Drywall had to be replaced, primed, painted. They even re hung her closet doors that had been down for months and were not part of the job! They were very thorough in cleaning up after themselves. Very impressed with them! Recommended them to my MIL for a plumbing issue. As a side note-we had another contractor come in and give an estimate for the repairs-$850!!!! John did it for $150. Why? Because he did what was necessary without going to extremes. Example-The other contractor wanted to completely tear out and replace a part of the ceiling that had a water stain about the size of your palm. John sprayed Kilz on it and then painted it. Good as new. I would recommend them to anyone. You will be very happy with John and his work. Honest, fair."
