"If I could give a rating higher than five stars, I would. Our well pump was not working, it wouldn't generate enough pressure for the pressure switch to turn it off. Kimmer and Austen from Metamora Water Service arrived to give us a second opinion. They quickly discovered that the well pump casing had a hole in it, so the water was just recirculating and going nowhere. This confirmed what I had suspected and we hired them on the spot. Within two hours they were nearly done with the entire job. They were very quick, efficient, and answered any and all questions we had. The cost was not any higher than other quotes we had. I would, without a moment's hesitation hire them again, and cannot more strongly recommend them to anyone that needs services that they provide."
