"My wife and I purchased 30 Sunrise vinyl windows and a sliding door from Kotch’s Windows-N-More and had them installed in Aug 2017. Our home was built in 1998 and the original wood windows were in need of replacement. Mike Kotch and his team were fantastic! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too. Very happy with my overall experience with Kotch’s Windows-N-More and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows!"

This job involved new construction for both doors so I wanted the installer to arrive earlier than 10:00.   I talked to several individuals at the company but could not get any help on this issue.  I even asked to speak with the owner but the said he was out of town. The excuse was that the installer had to go to the warehouse to get the doors before going to a customers house. Not a good reason to me.  Every major thing I've done to my home the installers had to pick up the materials before coming to my house and they were at 8:00.  The installer arrived on time and had every thing he needed to do the job.  The front door was installed in about 3/12 hours with out damage to my walls or molding.  He cleaned up very well around the inside and outside of the house.  The side door was installed in about the same amount of time.  There was some damage to the drywall around the door on the inside of the house and the installer did not caulk around the molding like he did the front door.

When I called the company about it they gave me a hard time about sending someone out to patch the holes because I signed the paper work.  The second person I talked to said someone was coming out the next day but instead I got a phone call saying I should not have signed the paper work.  I explained to her that I understood that but the holes were put there by the installer and they should repair them. I told her I had pictures so she had me email them to her. When no one called me back I called them again they were still trying not to send some one out. When I told Roz that the money for the doors was being provided by a grant and I was not going to approve final payment until the holes were fixed she arranged for someone to come out the next day.  It took the guy 15min to patch the holes and caulk around the door.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"This has been one of the greatest experiences I’ve had with getting work done around the house. Firstly Mrs.Rytel is such a nice and caring woman, she made sure she kept in close contact with me and made me feel very comfortable while she walked me through allot of different options pertaining to anything I needed help with around the house and etc..My front door was broken and they made sure to get to me asap knowing my urgent situation and at no cost so I will forever be greatful!!! Fixing the front door wasn’t their only concern they wanted to make sure to check out the rest of the house to see if anything else was in need of repair, it was a leak under my kitchen sink and Mr.Rytel saw the problem and fixed it within minutes. I thought my door was broken beyond repair and would need to be replaced but Mr.Rytel quickly showed me different and worked his magic lol! "Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."

"It went very well. The owner came out, explained everything in detail. He was not pushy, explained his product and left the decision to us. He was very good about answering questions. He knew his product and knew what we needed. When he came out he already he knew what we could use for our condo. He was very honest about how long we would want to stay there and what we could use or need. He was not pushing any product. He answered all questions we had and had other material in his truck he could show up. He was able to come out when we had time available. We mentioned a comment we had seen on Angies List and he addressed those concerns and explained why it would not be a problem for us. It was a very good experience dealing with him. They come out and measures the window, then they have the guy that is going to install them measure again and introduces themselves so you know who they will be. We had another quote that was slightly lower but the quality of the window is better. He is up front and let you know the windows are made to fit."

"Rusty the owner was very nice man and professional. The crew came was professional and courteous and respectful to us and our dog. If we had questions the were willing to answer. They cleaned up after themselves as well. There was nothing left behind. They did an amazing job. We are very happy with the results. Will hire again. Great deal great job. "Based upon the information that was included with the package, we didn't feel we got our money's worth.  The package was supposed to include some basic repairs, none of which were noted or performed.  However, when we had the roof replaced  less than six months later, the roof vent stacks flashing were all worn.  That should have been noted when we had the inspection done.
