He was prompt and responsive when he provided me with a quote for the work. My Father needed roof repair and he came to look at the Job the next day! Within 2 weeks my Father's roof was repaired. I honestly thought we would have to wait much longer because of all the rain we have had this summer. He gave me a candid and good explanation of what the problem was and took the time to explain my Father's options. He fit my Father's job in on a Saturday! I was very surprised and pleased. I would highly recommend Mr. Braun to anyone for home repair services."

"The ridge cap blew off of my roof due to heavy wind. Robert came out the following day to look at it and give me a price and actually ended up doing the work that same day. We talked briefly afterwards about life and our kids. Personable and professional. I will be calling him again when we are looking for someone to replace the roof in the next year or so."
