Mold test and allergen test from the same location are considered two tests and charged accordingly. Their pricing was competitive. "The 1964 bulkhead I had out back was replaced a year ago, but the wood and insulation underneath (the ceiling of the walkway underground to my basement under the back living room) took in water damage and the area was very musty for years. Tom Morneault of Morneault Environmental was the only guy I could find that would not only treat the wood to remove anything growing on it/get rid of the smell, but his team also removed old wood and insulation and re-insulated for me as part of the deal, which was still hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other companies I talked to, which would only remove the old wood and insulation, they don't put anything back in. Tom's team was here by 8:30 this morning and by 2pm they were done and it looks fantastic and smells crisp and clean. They didn't even stop for breaks or have to make any trips to get supplies, they had them all in the van, including the insulation boards. Very highly recommended if anyone is in the same situation."

"Avoid this company at all costs! . Paul Davis came recommended to me by my plumber so I hired them for to do restoration work for water damage my home sustained. For starters, It took them almost 5 months to get me an accurate estimate. They needed to have people come to my home 5x to assess the damage because the right hand does not talk to the left with this company. I was given excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't give me an estimate. Eventually after many months of excuses (family emergency, weather conditions, the flu went around the office etc etc...), they finally provided me with an accurate estimate whereupon I signed an electronic contract for the work to be completed. Two days later I emailed them to say I needed to postpone the work for a few days because I was having unexpected house guests that coming during the holidays. I was told that would be no problem. When I tried to reschedule, I was ignored for a week. I continued to inquire about rescheduling my job and I was told to take me business elsewhere! So I have now invested 6 months of time having person after person come through my home to look at the damage and they will not do the work, even after I signed a contract. There customer service is terrible and they do not value your business. Save yourself precious time and go with any other company. I wish I had"
