"Wow! What can't I say but a total positive experience from assessing what was wrong through the end of the installation. Jeff was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained everything to me. We got a full system install (insde and outside) with add ons of a humidifier, air scrubber, and an electronic air filter all for a great price! Trust me when I tell you that I did all the leg work for you. Our system was 25+ years old and I knew it was due for a total replacement. "Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."
