He found that a part was suspect that was still under warranty. He came back the next day and put the new part in. We were charged a service charge, labor and a manufactures warranty Fee. This is an honest company. I would have put my review in quicker but had to wait on my daughter to help me. My husband and I highly recommend At Your Service Air Conditioning and Heating."

"A single phone call to Polar brought me to the Boss Paul . He asked me want I wanted, needed and the urgency. Just so happens my 83 yr old mother was home with heat in high eighties. I asked for more A/C than the home really needed. Paul explained to me why I didn t need the Cadillac of units. He was a pleasant Chap to work with and got his crew out on time to quote the job. Quote did not change when the bill came. Technicians were respectful and were done quickly leaving it as clean as when they arrived.
