"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. "I called Mr. McKinney and spoke with him immediately. He asked where I lived and told me he was close by, would be there within the hour. He arrived at my house in less then 30 minutes. Accessed the problem within 15 minutes of being at my house, actually had a motor for my fan in his van. I also need to tell you that my ac in it is probably 30 yrs old or older. I was totally surprised that he had a motor that would fit my old unit. Gave me the price for fixing it, which was very reasonable compared with other companies , and had my unit up an running within the hour. I also need to tell you that the temperature that day was in the high 90's and climbing. Since that day, my brother that lives next door has used Mr. McKinney twice for an ac problem. I would  highly recommend this company to anyone that needs ac or heating service. Extremely nice and professional person and true to his word about his arrival time, estimation of price , and the work he will be doing."

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
