After finishing the tune up, I shared with him that I can smell gas in the laundry room or outside the house from time to time for the last year. "We had a non-functioning sump pump of course, over the weekend. I looked up on Angie's list, and found this company that does services over the weekend at additional cost. We called, and were promptly answered . We were given a quote right away over the phone, which was over our budget. So we decided to wait till the next bushiness day, and on Monday morning, we called a few companies around for pricing and availability. We did find some very expensive quotes, some relatively cheap ones ( like 200$) cheap than the THE PLUMBER INC, but didn't get a professional attitude from the one with cheap pricing. So we decided to go with called THE PLUMBER INC and appointed them to do the above mentioned job. They were very professional and patient in answering our questions. Gave us the website and exact details for our products. They were also able to accommodate us within the very same day, to get the installation done. The works-man showed up at appointed time, had shoe covers on , so that my carpet stayed clean :) Even cleaned up the gravel and the erosions. Did the job right, and they stand by for guarantee for the services performed. Great experience. Will refer them and rehire them."

"<p>Called because when flushing toilets, water in other toilets would bubble up like it was going to overflow. They sent someone out the same day, Friday, to take a look at it. They determined that our sewer line was blocked outside of house. They gave us a price to rod sewer but said it would have to be done from inside the lower level of the house because there was no clean-out outside. They quoted me a price to install an outside clean-out based on location of sewer running along the edge of my driveway. They would have to break up part of the driveway to install. We decided to approve that work because we have two large trees along the sewer line and we know this is not the last time we will have to have sewer rodded. Their representative told me he would get back to me with a scheduled date. They called back same day to say that they could not do it until a week from Monday because their excavating equipment was scheduled out until then. They warned me to use water sparingly until then and not to use water in lower level at all because if the ejector pump came on, it could cause major problems. The locator services came out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to mark the underground phone, cable, gas and water services on our property. Thursday morning, Ross called to say they had a cancellation and they could come out that day. I eagerly accepted and he and Rick arrived by 9:30 AM and were finished by 12:30 PM. They did a great job, They barely broke up any of the driveway. When they got down to the level of where the sewer would be, Ross hand dug under the driveway to minimize the damage. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated that. We have rock hard clay soil here and that was a lot of work. I'm very impressed that they didn't take the easy way out but did a quality job. Sewers are now running smoothly.</p> <p>An added note: This is not the first time we have used Tiger Plumbing. We bought this house in 2008 and it was a foreclosure. House had been empty for over a year and water was not turned off before pipes froze and broke. Tiger plumbing came in and found and repaired 48 plumbing leaks. They did a quality job at that time also. 6 years later we have had no problems with the repaired plumbing.</p> <br />"

"Went very well. They are the best reliable plumbing business out there. They supplied and installed new double basin wall hung laundry tray with new laundry faucet and waste piping under sink. They also installed new laundry drain line to tub and new laundry riser connecting to existing drain above ground and the back to existing vent line. The next day they returned to dispose of everything that was removed. I can't imagine having anyone else do my plumbing. As a matter of fact they will start installing a new interior domestic water supply pipe system in my home tomorrow and that review will be forthcoming. As always they are the best. <br />"
