"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Dan came first thing this morning and found our air conditioner capacitor needed to be replaced. He informed me it was still under warranty and he needed to go get a replacement. He was back with a new capacitor very quickly and had it repaired in a matter of minutes. I was pleasantly surprised there was not even a service or labor charge. "The Sharp/Long team members are professional, hard working and concerned that the job is done right. We needed work done on an older home that needed specific things done to improve the efficiency of the heating/cooling system. The usual person that does them was not available. When they did my sofa it had a chest in front of it and when that chest was moved to a new house I noticed that the skirt on the back of the sofa was shrunk or wrinkled. It did not fit as well as it should have. If I had noticed this upfront I would have said something at the time. It was more than I generally contracted because I added the upstairs and sofa.  I have another Angie's List coupon available, but I would only use the person who originally came the previous two times.
