"He's a really friendly guy, very responsive to my calls, schedules me in partly because we've had a working relationship for like six years. He's done work at the house that I live in. He replaced a furnace there and the air conditioner. The day before the warranty of the air conditioner that he had installed ran out, he installed a new one and it didn't work either. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Our central air conditioner stopped running, and I called Sharp-Long because they had originally installed the system and had periodically provided maintenance on it in the past. The owner, J.C. Crossley, went out of his way to send a service employee to look at the problem within an hour (it was at the end of the day).  The employee, who was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, determined that the coolant had all leaked out, re-charged the system with recycled coolant for free and ran tests preliminary to determining whether we could claim a utility rebate when we replaced the system.  I was extremely grateful for the courtesy extended by Mr. Crossley and strongly considered his bid for replacement, but in the end we did select another bidder. I offered to pay Mr. Crossley for the service call, but he declined the offer.
