"I was referred to Grove by a family member after receiving estimates from two other companies. Garrett Grove arrived on time to provide an estimate. He was efficient, knowledgeable and unlike the other two companies, did not waste my time with a bunch of useless chatter. After reviewing my system, he was able to write up and print out an estimate on the spot. He went over the warranty and explained what all was included in the installation price. This process took approximately one hour. I went with the high efficiency system which vented to the outside of the house rather than up the chimney. After showing me what the outside venting would look like, I was not pleased with the appearance of the vents so Garrett showed me an alternative. Unlike the other sales people, Garrett was able to show me brochures with pictures and information of exactly what I was buying and online images so I knew precisely what I was getting. A down payment was made and a date established for installation. The team arrived on time and went about their job with little disruption to my household. I was kept informed of the progress and was told when I would lose water and/or heat while the installation was performed. I was consulted along the way as to where I wanted various pipes vented to the outside. The job took two days to complete. When the men were finished, they cleaned up the work site and showed me various points about the system, set up the thermostat and explained how it worked. While Grove's system was certainly not the least expensive, I am confident that I received a quality system and installation, and anticipate that I will continue to receive quality service in the future."

"Joe was the first to call shortly after I submitted my request for service. He had the tech out that morning who confirmed what I thought was the issue - the AC needed replacement. Since both the furnace & AC were original, I asked for an estimate to replace both. Joe's estimate was very fair given I had an estimate earlier in the year for just the AC. Because I am in a condo, choices were limited on both the AC unit and the furnance (because of size and space limitations). But Joe found a good combination of products and the install team came out on a SUNDAY! The job was not an easy one and I appreciated the team's tenacity in completing the installation. So far, everything is working well. One thing to be aware of: while the company offers an interest free payment plan, that plan is based on a higher cost (essentially I took it to mean the interest was built into the payoff period) so I chose to go with the original estimate."

The heating consultant that they sent, Alex H, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with estimates for a number of options - similar to those from other HVAC companies that quoted for this work. Alex made the one and a half hour drive to visit with us again, to walk us through the contract details, and to explain install process. This was a really nice touch as usually contracts are signed electronically these days. "The sales person, sold me a 15.5 seer heat pump and and the model it says 14.0 seer, so I asked the technician and he told me that, with both systems equal to 15.5 seer. I wanted to see 15.5 seer on the machine specifications but it does not said. So at this point, I donâ t know if the system installed at my house was 14.0 or 15.5 seer."

"The first time, I contacted several plumbers, several did not show up, some prices were the twice the others.  Joesph Heil gave a good estimate, was professional.  It appeared that they cared about giving a good estimate and providing great service.  They came out and replaced the supply line from the street to the meter in the basement.  They were on time, courteous, punctual, did a great clean up job.  Came back later as the ground outside settled and added dirt and more seed.
When a year later I needed to get some shower faucets replaced, a new hot water heater, and a difficult supply line to a toilet.  I did not bother with any other estimates.  Again, on time, great job, cleaned up. etc.
