"We recently entrusted The Window Source with the installation of 12 windows, and from start to finish, their service was nothing short of outstanding. Chris, the owner, impressed us with his professionalism and attention to detail during the initial estimate, setting a high standard that was consistently met throughout the entire process. Scheduling was a breeze, and they accommodated our timetable for installation without any hassle. Hugo and his crew did an excellent job with the installation, demonstrating expertise and efficiency. Even after the windows were installed, they went above and beyond by returning to paint newly installed trim, ensuring a seamless finish. But what truly stood out was the follow-up from Chris’s wife, Becca, who took the time to check in and ensure everything was up to our standards. This personalized touch added an extra layer of care to an already exceptional experience. The quality of the windows exceeded our expectations, and the craftsmanship was evident in every detail. As we prepare for the next phase of our project, we have complete confidence in The Window Source and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch service and superior windows."

"My existing french patio door had an unusual width, 73 1/2 instead of standard 72. I was going to buy the door from HomeDepot at first, but any time you custom order, the price more than doubles from their in-stock price. So, I just had Caleb get the door from his supplier. I got a Masonite door installed for $1250. Caleb brought the door and custom made it on site, frame and all. The new door has a nice frame that has vinyl bottom to prevent it from rotting, which was one of the reasons why I got this door replaced. As mentioned in other reviews, Caleb is very skilled and detail oriented. During installation, he noticed that the header board was not properly secured and even fixed that. Overall, I was very impressed and very happy with the new door.
In fact, I was so happy with the installation that on the very same day I asked him for an estimate on a new job. For some reason, my house doesn't have access to attic space above my kitchen. So, I asked if he could install a door from my living area upstairs that can lead to that area. I obviously hired him again. Caleb ordered a solid core door and installed it another day. He opened up a hole through the drywall, installed new frame for the door, did all the weather stripping since it's facing attic space. Door and installation cost $600. Again, I am very happy with the installation. I'll definitely hire Caleb for all my future door needs.

"The result was having a great looking door again. Jason's work is first class and doesn't come cheap, but the work is done correctly and he's happy to share his knowledge and the details of proper maintenance. He came out once to inspect and bid on the job, once to strip the door and apply the first coat of stain, again to apply the second coat of stain, and three times to apply the varnish.

"Key fragment removed. The technician identified the old door as having shifted over the years causing misalignment for the lock. The door was removed and adjusted to cause the lock to line up evenly and efficiently so the key could be inserted and removed with ease. The door now operates as it should. Adi was quick in his work and decisive about the solution to the problem."

"My experience with Collin Overhead Door was incredibly professional and efficient. Collin and his technician gave us a quote on replacing the garage door opener and torsion springs that needed to be repaired. His quote was affordable and he showed up within a week to complete the service. I will only use Collin Overhead Door in the future for any garage door repair or service."

"I'm so satisfied with the service, I received from Swift Garage Door Repair today! With any service call, there's always hope that the service person will be truthful and honest with explaining what may need to be done to fix the problem. They arrived to my home promptly, did some troubleshooting, and provided me with step by step instructions to fix the garage myself. They were very truthful and helpful!!"

"The work was started on a Friday, but rain interrupted the work. The final two clear coats were done the following Monday afternoon. The door color and wood grain appearance look as good now when it was new. The refinishing process requires that the door be removed and laid out on sawhorses. The work was all done in my front yard. I have a storm door, so no temporary sheeting was necessary. If it had not started raining, the whole process would have been completed in about 6 hours."

"They started work without authorization to begin, and without providing a price quote. When the price quote was provided, it was outrageously high, so we had a discussion about the nickel and diming for the work (like $90 to install a toilet paper holder, and $350 in labor to replace a bath faucet). When we pushed back on the pricing, they got angry and made disparaging comments about myself and my wife, and walked off the job and sent an invoice (for work that was not authorized). Instead of arguing, we paid them to cut ties cleanly and only asked that they sign the appropriate Tax documents (W-9) and a release of lien so we could recover the insurance funds from the lendor. Instead of signing the documents, they blocked our phone numbers. I will not be able to get the funds (~$22k) for the insurance until we sell the house as a result. The bright side is that we found a very competent, and professional contractor that bid the job (with some add'l items included) for nearly 35% less. We considered legal action, but opted to take the high road and not stoop to their level of childish tactics. I have no issues with the quality of their work, but not for the inflated price that was presented after they started the work. That's a bait and switch in my opinion. Proceed with caution and get everything in writing. Also get more than one estimate from another licensed contractor."
