"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"I have had a great experience with knaak Heating and Cooling. They have replaced a furnace and AC in my house. They have installed a furnace and AC in my barn. Then I moved and they installed a hot water boiler system for radiant floor heat. Very professional, friendly and excellent service."
