"Bought the $99 regular check up package. Cody arrived on time, and find out the duct connected the furnace machine was untaped (or detached from duct due to air pressure). That is why the cold air was leaking and causing condensation in the furnace room, and mildew on the ceiling. He taped and sealed up the duct , check the furnace filter and AC machine outside. Took temperatures of supply and return. He says system was running fine, but advise the duct work connected to furnace might need to be improved by senior technician."

"I requested Cesar (with Anthony Plumbing) come back to do a toilet installation because he had recommended a replacement the last time he was here. I felt he was professional, and knowledgeable, and now that the installation is complete, my confidence in Cesar's ability was justified. I have used Anthony Plumbing Heating Cooling for years. They replaced my central heat, later my central air, and recently replaced all the old cast iron pipes in my 60 year old home. I trust this company to stand behind their work. Plus, every technician they've ever sent out have been top notch."

"Due to an emergency system caused by a water leak, my entire HVAC system had to be replaced including duct work. Air Care has been in business for years and once you see the quality of their work you will understand why. From the gentleman who came for the bid to the employees doing the installation which included new furnace, A/C unit outside and ductwork, they were all very professional. The work was completed in a timely manner by courteous and caring employees."

"They had to replace and install the new heating system. They are wonderful and we have used them probably for over 10 years now. They are available day in and out. They are I believe a smaller company so if there is any issues and anything to discuss, you have the ability to talk to the owner. They actually replaced the heater one time before and it was a bad unit. It wasn't anything we did or anything they did, it was just that the unit was faulty. The whole unit flamed up our heating system. They came out and completely replaced the unit; they actually fixed everything that was screened for coil, I guess it's commonly known among these people and they didn't charge for that. This happened about four to five years ago. They are just very good and gave a very good deal as we were using them for more than 5 years. We told them to purchase a new unit, but they replaced it with a very good deal. They are just a great set of people. Overall the experience was excellent and will continue to use them."

"Kyle came to give me an estimate. He was personable, very professional, listened to my needs and answered my questions, made some suggestions and gave me a fair estimate. I scheduled the job with Josie, on the phone, and she was also very professional and reassuring. Luke and Ryan came to prep and install blow-in insulation the following week. Both of these young men were very personable, answered my questions and explained what they were going to do. They finished the job within 2 hours and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this company and personable staff to get the job done right. My house is much warmer now, after they added 6” of Premium Grade insulation, and I hope to save some money on my heating bill. I am an extremely satisfied customer!!"

"We had just returned home from vacation where we had been riding our motorcycle in the heat for pass two days so you can imagine how tired and hot we were when we finally got off the bike and came into the house..
We hadn't turned our air on yet this year but last year had to have someone called Tim over twice to replace a capacitor and the second time to fix his screw ups so we thought just in case we would not want to turn the air on and not be here to watch it.. Just as we thought when we flipped the switch tonight, the A/C did not work.. The house was a whopping 93 degrees... and the A/C was blow hot air, actually took the house up another 2 .degrees before we realized it.. We were only listening to make sure the fans were running because problems in the past were they weren't...
I called Bob at 7pm - 730pm on Sunday and he said he would have his tech over tonight, his tech called me at 8pm said he had just left his appointment and was headed over to see what he could do to get us up and running.. He was here within a few minutes, came to door took his shoes off before coming in and asked to see the thermostat and turned in on went out and looked at unit and within a few minutes he knew what was wrong.. He found the reverse valve unplugged.. He had us up and running PDQ..
The tech was very professional!! Would give him an A+..
He had not had a good day yet he was very nice and polite to us.. We would use him again..
(Tech had been stung by a wasp earlier and since allergic his face had swollen.. That was reason for bad day)
