"It finally came time for us to replace two old wooden garage doors. First I did some research on garage doors in general. Lots of info on the Internet. Then I did extensive research on quality garage door contractors in my area. Used Yelp and other sources. Came up with a list of five quality candidates and sent details to each for bids. Eliminated 3 in relatively short order for various reasons. Came down to two candidates for the same two door options (either a Clopay or a CHI) -- Academy and another contractor. I focused on all decisioning points -- service, price, features, warranty, etc. Both were very close on price so that was not a discriminating factor. However, all the other factors came out very much in favor of Academy. Our sales contact, Dave McLaughlin was superb. Knowledgeable, responsive, helpful. The two managers at HQ -- John and Alan -- also very professional and responsive. So I did the order with Academy and selected the Clopay doors. Doors arrived in the time period they said. Scheduled the install. Jim and Coach (two HUGE guys!) showed up and did the install. They were even able to deal with the fact that my floor was off level just a shade. Made the doors fit well. Thanks guys! So far so good! Love the new doors! SO much better than the old ones in every way. Now I have to fix up my house b/c the garage doors are now the best part!"

"Wayne was wonderful. I called one afternoon & he was there the next day-scheduling the appointment at my convenience. He was there exactly as promised. He was very nice, extremely professional. As he was adding a deadbolt which involved drilling through the wood door, he made sure the area was covered to keep everying clean. Upon completion, he made very sure that the lock worked smoothly. "After a break-in, I needed to get my doors replaced. The reviews on Angie's List helped me select Supreme Window and Door with added confidence. From start to finish, the process was easy and the pricing fair. All the staff were professional and courteous.
The sale representative (Albert) was knowledgeable about the product line. He answered my questions and worked with me to find a product right for me and within my budget. He explained the different features and options - but i never felt pressured. Eric and the rest of the installation team did a beautiful job installing the doors: they were professional, neat and kept me informed throughout the job.
Besides just "selling and installing" my doors, Albert and Eric went above and beyond the written contract and were gracious in volunteering to help me with a few handyman-type small jobs I needed after the break-in: helping to install a new motion-detector light and fixing a broken wooden gate. These were small "chores", but the extra effort they took to quickly install a new backyard security light and to fix the broken gate helped me feel more secure after the break-in incident. Knowing about my situation with the break-in, everyone at Supreme Window and Door worked to expedite the process and get my new doors ordered and installed as soon as possible.

"William was great to work with! After my neighbor boarded the door for me, I called him about 9:00 p.m. and he came out the next morning to assess the situation. Since my door was so old I decided to go with a new sliding glass door. He had to order the door which took a few days. He sent a tech out to replace the door and Jimmy did a wonderful job installing it. There were such a pleasure to work with and it made the stress of the break in a little easier to deal with."

"Nikos the salesperson was very professional and helpful. Nikos suggestions were very informative in regards to the type of the doors that would fit perfectly for this type of older house. Nikos worked with us in drafting several contracts before we were able to finalized the contract and the start date. The measuring department informed us that the doors needed to be customized and special order. The installation was schedule for (2) days. However, Oscar and his professional crew started around 8:30 am and was able to completed the job around 7:00 pm. The installation went well since the crew was working on a older house.
