"Both Mauricio, the owner, and his technician Luis were incredibly nice and very professional. Our central air conditioner stopped working in the middle of record breaking heat AND in the middle of Labor Day weekend, on Sunday. I sent out requests for repair to 4-5 companies through HomeAdvisor. Mauricio quickly responded, and in fact was the only company that responded. He told me his technician, Luis, was finishing another job close by and could be at our place in less than an hour. Luis arrived within the hour, let himself into the backyard, and quickly identified the problem. Mauricio called me, told me what was wrong with our AC, explained in detail what needed to be done to repair it and how much it would cost. The amount was reasonable based on the amount of work required. Luis was able to repair it in under an hour. He did a beautiful job, took many â before and afterâ pictures of the parts of our AC he repaired and sent them to us. Despite working outside the entire time in over 100° temperatures, Luis patiently waited another 15-20 min to be sure the repaired AC was kicking in properly and to tweak the refrigerant to be sure it was reaching the appropriate level of coolness. He left the AC and the area around it all clean and made sure to close the gate behind him. I could not have asked for a better experience In response to our AC problem! "Awesome service from Home Upgrade Specialist Our central air unit stopped working on the weekend and within a couple hours of contacting them through Yelp I received a response and an appointment was set up within a day A technician came to assess the needed repairs, He could not do the repairs right then because of parts that were needed, but he came back at the same day and quickly repaired our unit and also ran a maintenance cleaning. I would 100% contact them again for any other issue."
