When the technician, Servando, came out, he noticed we had already replaced our furnace and, instead of performing the service we booked and which we relied on, told us the quote would jump to $1,400. No work was performed that day, despite us setting aside time and having a confirmed service. I called to complain, as the original quote was not contingent on keeping the old furnace. After escalating, Cesar the owner confirmed in writing that they would honor the original $300 mapping and said he would confirm a time shortly after. That was two weeks ago. Since then, I've followed up four times, and neither Cesar nor the technician (Vandos) has responded. No scheduling, no update, no courtesy reply -- just complete silence.
