"Years ago we did a large remodel and went with windows and doors recommended by our architect, and had to live with that mistake for 21 yrs. NOT this time. We spent 2 yrs educating, shopping, getting quotes, spending countless weekends at home shows, and talking with aggressive sales people looking for a sale. After weeding through all of the bizarre sales tactics, promises that were untrue, and guaranty's of the best product we THANKFULLY found the right person and right company with the best product and lowest price! This was a BIG job with 4 big sliding doors and a bunch of larger windows costing around $32k. We had many quotes in the $40k to $85k range, and the product was by far very inferior. Dustin is a true professional who is as good to his word as any that I've met! The installers were magnificent as they would show up on time and were extremely conscientious as to their work, cleanliness, and impact on others and I highly recommend them! Finally, the finished product is amazing!! Vanguard windows are the best with insulation in areas that only the highest end windows offer, and our home is now able to maintain much lower temperatures in the summer that we could have only dreamed of prior. I've done business with many different contractors over the years, and Prestige is a company that is focused on doing the right thing for people! Straight, honesty, diligent, and follow through are words that I would use to describe all of the employees. Trust is important to me. Ethically they rose to every occasion and always did the right thing!! I am a person who -never- gives a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 as I believe that perfection doesn't exist. They get a 10! I'm always glad to visit with people on all of the above and the finished product! Pictures are included but painting isn't finished."

"Received three in-home estimates, an estimate from Lowe's, and an estimate from Home Depot. While not the cheapest, DMD was not the most expensive, either. We purchased a Pella Designer French Sliding Door with built-in mini-blinds. From the time we ordered the door to the time it was installed took just over five weeks. We love the door, and it has eliminated a draft. The DMD staff was professional and the installation was excellent. Provided two before photos and two after photos. We plan to replace another exterior door in the near future and we will be calling DMD again."

"The work was generally competent, with exceptions mentioned below that remain unremedied. However, dealing with this company has been a very frustrating experience.We signed two successive contracts. The first contract was for some windows and for sliding glass and screen doors for a downstairs porch. The work was okay except that no latch was ever fitted for the receiver of the sliding screen door so it doesn't lock. The second contract was for screen and glass doors for an upstairs balcony. The sliding screen door apparently was installed defectively.But the biggest problem is that the waits for getting anything done with this company are interminable---months in fact. My emails are filled with rigamarole in the general nature of and quot;I thought you were going to be here on Tuesdayand quot; and and quot;I'm still waiting for X.and quot; After the first experience, I thought seriously about changing providers for the second contract, but the press of my business prevented me from getting bids, doing interviews, etc.When we started to use the screen door in the spring (although contracted for in early fall, it had not been installed till the dead of winter) we noticed the installation defect. On May 4 I asked that they send someone out to take a look. Nearly three months later after numerous exchanges, it has become clear that the company is unwilling to even examine the problem, and that I'll have to hire someone else to try to rectify it.Save yourself from ulcers and hire a more prompt company."

"Fantastic, we had a house built with vaulted ceilings. Edward and Tara did a great job. They got use fitted with gorgeous blinds for our larger windows, kitchen, and other rooms. The contractors didn’t do a great job the with grout in the master bathroom. They repaired it along with painting our childrens rooms. Exceedingly professional, timely, and reasonable."

"I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests. I called Foothills Garage Door and within thirty minutes on a Saturday afternoon he was at my house and working. He took one look, figured out what was needed and went to work. The gentleman who did the work was very friendly, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Our eight year old Whirlpool washer began showing Error Code F35 and would not function.  I called ProServ and arranged for an appointment the next day.  The serviceman arrived promptly and was quickly able to find the cause of the problem -- a faulty pressure sensor.  Unfortunately, this was not a part stocked locally, and so it had to be ordered from a distribution center.  The new sensor arrived two days later, and was installed the same day.  Voila, the washer was fixed!

Regarding pricing: the initial diagnosis was $50; the part (which cost less than a dollar to make) cost $132; the remaining repair charge was $108.  Given that the serviceman needed to make two trips, I think ProServ's labor charge was fair.  I checked online the price of the Whirlpool genuine replacement part, and that cost was simply passed along to me with a negligible, if any, mark up.

I gave ProServ the highest possible positive review because the company earned it.  ProServ was quick in its response, diagnosed and fixed the problem as rapidly as practicable, and was fair in its pricing.
