"NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"

"American Home Contractors and Hugo in particular were great to work with. We had multiple jobs done which required several trips and Hugo kept us informed and worked around several weather delays. He relocated and installed a new attic fan, hooked up the bathroom fan to a new roof vent, insulated a pipe in the attic, installed apron flashing on four windows, painted the flue vent, reconnected some lose siding and replaced three pieces of rotted trim and painted it. The work appears to be top notch and we appreciate the hard work and long hours Hugo put in! I would definitely recommend this company and most certainly Hugo to everyone. We also had American Home Contractors replace our gutters and install gutter guards. They did an excellent job with that as well."

"Mr. Naty is a wonderful person with whom to work. He visited to secure measurements and design ideas more than once regarding the front walkway railings we wanted. He understood that we wanted the railings to provide safety while elevating the look of our front entry. The price for the work was more reasonable than other estimates received. Blase Skully, project supervisor and quality assurance manager, was always available to answer many questions and provide advice as we refined the scope of work and the project progressed. He made sure they delivered exactly what we were seeking to accomplish. Blase was also sensitive to ensuring that the historic look of the house was maintained and enhanced by the materials they used and the work they did. The result is beautiful. We get many complements on our new roof and gutters. We highly recommend American Custom Contractors."
