"They were fantastic! Arrived promptly, and were very professional and courteous. They worked us into their busy schedule for an emergency repair, and ended up replacing half our kitchen laminate for us as it was previously installed incorrectly by a family member. Job was completed in less than a day and they Even cleaned up before leaving. J&I’s professionalism and expertise were well above our expectations. "After a pipe burst a couple weeks ago we decided it was high time to replace the defective polyurethane pipe. Justin and crew came highly recommended. They were able to start the job quickly and did a fantastic job! They pointed out (this is a rental property now for us and we are not there often) the washing machine hose was old and frail - they took care of that too....love this kind of eye for detail!"

"After researching several other hvac companies and getting a wide array of solutions and prices, we were initially drawn in to the professional approach Climate Solutions gave us. They took the time to educate us on our situation and how their solutions were resolve our issues. They gave us a very fair price and worked very hard to install our heat pump in our basement and repair a cooling problem in the upstairs system. They didn't stop until we were fully satisfied with everything....great job!!"

"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's. No water problems in basement. He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house. Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future. He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation. Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.

"Good: Right on time, professional, and quickly changed out the springs. Concerning: Initial quote on the phone was anywhere between $59 and $189 to repair a broken spring plus service call fee. When technician arrived, it was recommended both springs be replaced, which makes sense but this was not mentioned on the initial estimate. Since the part number and length/gauge of spring details were left by the technician, I browsed for the same springs on line and found the pair at a third of the cost (>$100) but Ameriserv did not directly explain why the spring cost was so high compared to what I found online. I received one email reply after about a week later and it only asked if we had spoken via phone. After I replied to that response, I received no further communication. They also offered a warranty for the springs/door for $89 a year, but after five years, that equals the amount of replacing both springs. Typical life for a spring is about ten years, I did not see the benefit in a warranty at that price."
