"We were so happy to have Sullivan Super Service (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling) come today to repair our central air conditioning unit and to service our HVAC system. Sullivan's technician, Bob Anderson, was polite, professional and experienced. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and counsel. Our AC has been out for a few days in a current hot spell, and Sullivan was the only company that contacted us. They proved the old saying that in winning, half of the battle is just in showing up and being there. We were not Sullivan customers before, but we are now! Sullivan's service was SUPER!"

He was very efficient and kind when coming out and installing a new Central Air unit and updating our electrical panel; both done for cheaper than others were quoting to do just the A/C! "We lost our air conditioning the Friday before Mother's Day this year and I was scrambling in the heat to find somebody to cine and look at it. When nobody else would answer or would come out on Saturday, these guys did. Doug was great and he sent over Will and Rob for Saturday afternoon. Will and Rob are two of the best craftsmen that I have ever dealt with. They spent four hours Saturday going over my system and my setup and we talked budget, recommendations, the fixes, and schedule. By the end of Saturday, I knew that I was in good, competent hands. We agreed that the AC needed to be replaced, which was an 8 year old Trane (garbage). The furnace would be failing in the near future so we would replace that as well. They were going to completely rework my return ducting, which was shoddily installed by the original guy. They would replace my existing hot water tank with a tankless unit. They would install an automation system and replace a broken frost free hose bib. A lot of work. They were prompt and started work on Monday, worked all day Tuesday and Wednesday and came back on Thursday. They took their time, took care of my home and their work area, and most importantly, they took pride in their work. What they took out of my home was garbage and it was poorly and hastily installed. What they put in its place is great quality equipment and it was meticulously installed by two guys who take great pride in their work. While I am frustrated and unhappy that this situation occurred, I am glad that I hag the chance to work with these guys and this company. I will most certainly use these guys many more times."

Not only did they get a quote to me quickly, they were able to complete the job before some others could even get me a quote. They did excellent work making the install tighter and neater than the old unit. I think the basement was cleaner after they left than it was when they started. Very happy!"

"Services performed 06/13/2020. Early on a Saturday there was no heat in master bath sink hot water and we assumed it was the water heater. Bucci & son (the son & his helper to be exact) had been out to clean our drains two days earlier on 06/11/2020 (see my separate review for that) and we were so pleased I called them again thinking the thermostat on the water heater was bad because it was a relatively new water heater. It was a Saturday but Bob again sent his son that afternoon. It turns out he traced it to a minor problem at the sink and refused to charge me or take payment of any type. It has been a long time since I have experienced this type of quality customer service that used to be standard business practice and wanted to Bob, his Son & their Helper know how appreciated it is. I will refer them whenever possible and will request their services in the future when needed."
