"Arrived as scheduled. Asked exactly what we wanted done. Suggested that the grout between bottom tile and kitchen counter be replaced with caulk. He provided the caulk and repaired all cracked grout. Also applied caulk around tub.

"Our expansion tank blew off the hot water tank on a Friday night. We had to turn off the water to the house to prevent flooding. We contacted Bucci Plumbing's emergency service. They coudn't send anyone until Saturday morning. Our plumber arrived early, calling ahead to make sure we were available, and swiftly viewed the problem. He left to get parts and returned quickly, In about an hour he had removed the old tank, fixed the bad job done by a previous installer, and has a new tank properly installed. We have used Bucci for many years now, and None of their repairs has ever broken, caused problems for other contractors, or given us any cause to worry."

"During a day when everyone in Pittsburgh was having a leak, they were the only ones to call me back. They came that afternoon to stop the leak and rip out the small area of dry wall. They replaced the part of the roof that needed to be fixed within a week and also repaired the affected area inside the house within a week. I had to call them a few times to remind them to come back to finish the work, but the owner was very sick, so he had a good reason. The job was reasonably priced and they did an A+ job. "It went okay. They get in there and you discover that you're actually having to pay more than what we paid initially because your house has more vents. It wasn't his fault that I had more vents. I was sort of annoyed at that but it wasn't his fault. They got right back to me so that was good. I don't remember them being late."
