"My well pump went out Monday evening, around 6:00 p.m. Hoosier Drain Guys were out of Losantville, relatively close to me in Middletown, and that's who I went with. Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and the peace of mind to know a bad situation was going to be addressed and solved. Fantastic company to work with; I highly recommend!"

"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
