Lock on patio door poorly installed, requires a special adjustment motion to make it work.
Basement door also has lock problems: The handle lock and deadbolt lock cannot be locked at the same time due to misalignment. Only one or the other can be used.
Otherwise the doors operate well and look good.

He showed us pictures of the inside of the chimney from the boiler where the old terracotta lining was crumbling and starting to block the exhaust. Right on time 2 days later and put in a new stainless steel liner. In the afternoon I asked what was taking so long he said that the first liner they put in got a tear so they took it out and put it a new one, guaranteed for life.. I was blown away. Nobody would have noticed. I was blown away by the integrity. The brickwork needs replacing but I already arranged that for after the winter. He asked me a few questions and told me that the guy sounded like he knew what he was doing. Again, you can't buy this kind of work ethic anymore His partner Vinny was very knowledgeable in fireplace mechanics and gave my wife, pretty good at fireplaces herself, some excellent advice. "Todd was excellent from the first day he came to look at the job until the completion of the bathroom.  Lots of attention to the details.  As this is our only bathroom, we needed to be away from the house while the renovation was completed.  Todd, and his team - plumber & electrician worked extremely well together to meet the time crunch so when we returned a week later the bathroom had functional plumbing and the final details were finished up within a few days.  The tile looks great and the finish work is very nice!  I would recommend Todd in a minute!  He was very professional, worked very neatly!  and went over and above the call of duty when we realized I had ordered the wrong size shower rod.  He made an extra trip to get a temporary one installed so the shower was available for use when we got home. Very nice job, best experience I have had with a contractor, ever!"
