"The service representative, Johnny, called ahead to say he was coming and arrived on time. He did a complete checkup of our AC and furnace, replaced 2 clogged filters, and sold me a maintenance contract for 3 years of on-going bi-annual checkups for our system. He was very polite and professional. Johnny has been with Cypress Creek AC a long time. He was on the crew that installed our Lennox air conditioner, and we trust him to know his job and understand any issues with our system. On a previous visit, he pointed out a gap in our roof (after we had a new roof put on) where the flashing hadn't been put in place. That saved us a lot of $$$'s because it avoided water damage!"

"Todd is the best contractor I have ever worked with on a project. He was professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home. He did all of the work himself and did an outstanding job. He first cleaned the dryer vent and took the time to show me the vent and even vacuumed underneath the dryer for me. The dryer performed so much better after he cleaned the vent. Next, he replaced the entire ductwork in the home and cleaned and reinstalled the vents. He was so professional I barely even knew he was in the home. He took the time to cover the furniture to lessen the dust. He vacuumed up debris or dust in the house. I have small dogs in the home and he was very careful of them when coming in and out of the home. I had a minor question about a vent and Tod came back out to my home to inspect the vent. There was not an issue, just a difference and he was not impatient with me. He is a 5-star recommendation from me!"

"My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. He took his time assessing the problems and discussed the options available for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and we required a replacement system. Our unit was pretty much antique. Cory and his company assisted us in arrangements for the necessary replacement of the unit. "Was prompt in answering my questions but they do not do attic fan installs"

"We were in the unfortunate position of needing to replace two HVAC units in our home at the same time. We learned that our son is sensitive to mold and found that our existing units, which were 15 years old, had mold in the plenum. We reached out to five local A/C businesses in efforts to find a person or company we felt comfortable with who would install two new, trustworthy HVACs with a filtration system to combat mold. Adam at Cool Tech was the last person we met with of the five businesses, and ultimately the one who earned our trust. Where some of the companies saw an opportunity to add lots of extra bells and whistles (because of our son's sensitivity), Adam was honest and straightforward about what was necessary and what was not. He offered a competitive price on a time-tested brand (Trane) along with a unique filtration system called the iWave Air. But most importantly, he was generous with his time, knowledge, and experience. In the end, we decided to work with Adam, because he himself would be the person in our home putting the unit together, rather than sending a crew we had never met. Adam guided us through the decision-making process to determine what was best for our home and situation, and he followed the plan through to a T. We will recommend him to all of our neighbors whose a/c units are now reaching the 15 year mark, and we highly recommend him to anyone reading this review."
