"Listening/Planning: Joe took time to hear our specific needs- including design simplicity , a similar size and footprint as the original porch and with more shallow risers and wider treads. We wanted to add only one railing. Our goal was to make it easier for aging folks, like us, to access the front entrance. ( And for large deliveries to be made.) He provided us with pictures of porches meeting our criteria. He discussed building materials. Some of which he recommended from his experience and some we had encountered from friends and relatives. In the written estimate Joe included details of everything we requested , his plan for disposal and cleanup , and mentioned the unknown charges (TBD) like the window pane and sill repair. As retirees in no hurry, we were able to watch Joe work. We both admired his work ethic. Dan ( a former engineer, wood canvas canoe builder, and our own home handyman) especially admired Joe's carpentry and careful calculations. He was neat, organized and clearly takes pride in his work. (Justifiably so.) It wasn't until he brought out his small cement mixer that I realized how many talents were required by this dedicated worker Joe found the sill entirely full of critter holes! He first supported the basement ceiling with his handy device and cleaned out the damaged area, (We could now see the front yard from the basement!) Once finished, the house was well- supported and the mess cleaned up."

"We wanted to build on top of an existing garage, but extend out beyond the original building so as to accommodate two large rooms (a bedroom and a playroom), a bathroom and a balcony above and an outdoor dining-room below.. Turn Key Construction did an amazing job as you can see in the photographs. The entire team were courteous and friendly, and patient of the many changes I made as the build was progressing. They made the process enjoyable, and I really don't believe the work they did could be improved upon. We could not be happier with the results."

"Brandon and his crew are fantastic! My wife and I are totally satisfied with his job. We did a total makeover of our kitchen and pantry, about 300 square feet total. Job included gutting to the studs, wiring, plumbing, insulation, blueboard & plaster, painting, cabinet install, custom shelving in pantry and bookcase, hardwood floor repair and refinishing. All of Brandon's subcontractors were quality people as well. Brandon made a schedule ahead of time, and held to it, even when other contractors (countertop install) threw 'monkey wrenches' into the schedule. This is very important to you when you are eating off of a hot plate!
From start to finish, Brandon communicated everything very clearly and responded promptly to any calls or emails.
No major project goes without minor glitches, but Brandon stood behind his commitment at every turn, and made sure every part of the job was up to our very high standards.
He handled all the paperwork and permitting with the town seemlessly.
His price was very reasonable, significantly less expensive than other quotes, yet his work was top-notch.

"Dean was very easy to work with, understood the work that was needed to be done, didn't try to up sell, came in with a very reasonable quote. We had 5 sliding glass doors installed which had a long lead time on getting made but he stayed in contact during that time. His crew showed up 7 am sharp, cleaned up after themselves leaving it better than what it was before at the end of the day. Everything came out looking great."

"Ours is a 100 year old home, with horsehair walls and little professional work done in the past 40 years (don't know prior to that).  The walls looked it.  In the right light, the walls looked gouged and uneven.  After Bright Painting finished, it looks like new construction!  We are very pleased with the finished product as well as the professionalism of the crew the entire time.
The work was started right on time every day, quietly getting strait to work.  They finished the entire job on time, and then accommodated an extra job (because we were so pleased with their work) tacked on to the end.  Everything was finished within one month.  
The workmen showed up at about 7 am each day, and finished when they finished, usually around 6pm, but sometimes later.  They always cleaned up before they left, sometimes vacuuming for an hour if it was a particularly busy sanding day.  The house needed a lot of patching and sanding.  These guys were terrific.  Wilson was the team leader and did most of the preparing and painting.  His second was Elias, who also installed crown molding in 2 rooms.  The master carpenter was Roger, who turned a mess of a stairway into a place to be proud of, installing bead board and complicated moldings.  All workmen were very professional, friendly, and courteous.  Celso, the overall manager, is very reachable and responsive.  He let us know who was going to be here & when, and advised us of any changes.  He is very easy to deal with.

"WE hired another contractor to perform the work. It was a mess. They were terrible so we fired them and hired Strong Point Restoration. He was referred to us from a friend who went through the same thing as us. We hired him and he came and did the work at an affordable price and the work was excellent. We had damaged walls that other companies told us to tear down and build a new wall, this guy patched and fixed the walls and saved us a ton of money. They look brand new. I cannot say enough about his work. I highly recommend him. If you are looking for this type of work, call him!!!!"
