"Service and work was exceptionally done. The owner called me within a day of receiving my voicemail message. He came by the next day to look at the job and gave me a quote on the spot. I needed the work done very quickly, and he fit me in within two days of seeing the job. The ceiling was badly stained from a central air conditioning unit that had flooded. It was dried out but a mess. The team put on three coats of oil-based sealer paint, and two coats of ceiling paint. In another room, the walls were damaged with holes and marks. They repaired the walls, matched the paint color and completed the job. They were on time, completed the entire job in 5 hours, and cleaned up beautifully. They were highly professional. "When we called Jane for an estimate, we were fairly certain that we?d be signing on
with another contractor that had been recommended to us by a friend, but we
wanted to get another opinion.  Jane immediately responded to our request for an appointment and was incredibly
flexible on scheduling a time with us because we still hadn?t purchased the
house and were trying to make an appointment with the seller to bring them over.
We had a tight timeline ? they were going to start at the beginning of July and be
finished by the end of August so we could be in by the start of the school
year.  In addition, I have severe dust allergies, so I could not be at project site to approve items that I would have
a strong opinion about.
We showed Jane and Brandon the property and met with them immediately following and went
over our extenuating circumstances.  We talked through the project thoroughly and they felt that they could make
everything happen.    
Jane is the project manager and explained that they would get us an estimate and should we
sign with them, we?d get a detailed ?to-do list? with allowances and dates by
when we?d need to have selections made as well as a project timeline. When we
received the estimate we were immediately impressed by how detailed it was. It
was broken down by labor and materials and allowances so you really got a sense
for how you would be spending your money. I appreciated the higher allowances, that allowed us to purchase high quality items and be within budget.
I am a total "type A" personality, who really cares a lot about attention to detail,
meeting deadlines and strong work ethic, especially when it comes to my house.
I could tell that Jane and Brandon would very much fit the bill. So when we
purchased the house we signed with them.
Jane is superb. Her project management skills are unmatched. There was never any wasted
time, subcontractors always came when they were scheduled and did at least what
they were scheduled to do. She was fantastic at coordinating ? one person would
be tiling a bathroom while another would be installing something in the kitchen
? it was amazing to witness.  She then worked tirelessly to help me  pick out items;
went out of her way to find a specific sink shape I wanted for the kitchen;
found a double vanity that would fit our narrow bathroom space and work with my
design aesthetic; and worked on my kitchen granite layout because I wasn?t well
enough to do it myself.  
Brandon is also terrific. He is professional, and does very high quality work. He has
gotten the nickname ?MacGyver? because I sincerely believe that he can make
anything work.  We had some challenges come up, not because of anything they did, that required some creativity on his
part and every single time, I was amazed with the results.
We had done major remodeling projects in our previous previous home and professionally I have been involved in many large
scale renovation projects.  These two people are sincerely the best contractors I have ever come across.  They made us feel like they cared as much about our project as we did. Then to top it all off, they finished our project
ahead of schedule and there were no surprises with the budget.
I would give them the highest rating possible and hire them again in a heartbeat.

"The work completed we excellent and the installers were professional and thorough.  The only thing preventing an all "A's" review was some scheduling/responsiveness mishaps - bought off a deal that was fully subscribed, so it took a little longer than I expected to get the new doors installed.  In the end though, work was done well, and I am very happy with the overall product.
