"Carolina Comfort Air installed a new HVAC system in my home, including the replacement of all of the original ductwork in the attic.  Consultant Jose was great.  He recommended a split duct system to allows the downstairs and upstairs to operate on separate thermostats.  He was able to schedule the installation in a timely manner.  The installation crew - Adrian, KJ, Joe and Aaron - were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and considerate and did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves at the end of each day.  The office staff were very responsive when I called with questions.  Carolina Comfort Air came highly recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint.  I am very pleased with the installation and customer service.  I definitely recommend."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"It was a challenging situation for East Coast Plumbing as the repairs were initially going to be done before closing. Due to problems on the seller's end, the work had to be moved to after closing. The guys at East Coast Plumbing could not have been more professional & courteous under what was a difficult situation that had nothing to do with them! I will absolutely use them again. I would also like to state that often I read reviews griping about pricing. They also installed and does the maintenance of my AC. The pricing was good. The explanation of what's wrong with my AC was good. I like their honesty and commitment to their customers. "Installation and clean up was done in one day.   Not sure what the difference will make on utility bills, but the home is much more comfortable.  The compressor is whisper quiet, I can actually hold a normal converstaion standing next to it while it is running.
