"I had such a great experience with Indoor Mechanical. I had to get my AC unit replaced along with all new duct work. The price was very reasonable and the work was done on time. They have great customer service, were honest, and hardworking. This was an expensive project but they helped to make it a little less painful. I recommend them to anyone who needs hvac repairs."

"The two techs that came and did the install was very professional, answered all my questions, 10/10 would recommend this company."

"My wife and I have owned our commercial building for 20 years and have dealt with four or five HVAC companies. We needed to replace our old HVAC units and O’Brien was highly recommended. I cannot compliment them enough for their work! From working with them on the estimate to the installation, they were efficient, professional and offered suggestions that saved me money. They communicated with us and followed through on all commitments. They will have all of our business from now on!"

"I retained Advanta Clean, represented by Tim Kiser, to
provide surface mold remediation which was caused by excess humidity in my home
due to an air conditioning problem. Tim and his crew did an exceptional job.
The crew was meticulous and very conscientious working to remove the mold yet
at the same time causing no damage to the walls and surfaces. They were careful
to cover furniture and fixtures and
treated my home as if it were their own. More importantly, Tim
guaranteed his work, assuring passage of mold clearance by an independent lab
before final payment was due. I highly recommend Tim Kiser and Advanta Clean
for mold remediation.

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"I've never had a problem with East Coast. It's never the same person, which I don't really like, but after a series of bad plumbers, it's nice to know that I have one who is dependable."

"We wanted to replace our existing Heating, Air Conditioning Unit.  We called several contractors and had them out to give us an estimate.  Wes Hudson called us immediately, emailed us information to review before he came to give us an estimate.  He gave us a much more thorough evaluation of our existing system than the other contractors.  Gave us an estimate and when we told him we were going to check with another contractor to see if we could get the same unit at a lower price, he gave us an even lower price.  We checked Angie's List to see what his rating was and decided to go with him.  The installers were very neat and efficient and had the new unit in about 6 or 7 hrs.  We are very pleased with Hudson's and have already recommended him  to people in our neighborhood who saw that we were getting a new unit.  A plus!!"

"Everything went well technician was professional and knowledgeable about my problem"

"The quality of work was always good. I've used the service since 3 and a 1/2 years. They came within a day or 2 after I called them. I had no complaints. They also installed and does the maintenance of my AC. The pricing was good. The explanation of what's wrong with my AC was good. I like their honesty and commitment to their customers. I even called called them in a middle of the night."
