"Mike arrive on time and was very professional. He started immediately with the house by applying cleaning chemical. He took his time and made sure every area was clean before moving on. He let water dry on house and then walked around house to make sure he did not miss anything. House and porches took about 2 hours. Mike then did detached garage the same way. They started right away, found they had to relocate outside unit because of narrow lot and code requirements, which added to the project cost  but was unavoidable. Project moved quickly and they were available for service question even on a holiday. "
